You are required to submit 3 reports every month to the 3 separate Fund Offices.
To avoid delinquent status, late payment assessments, and interest charges, we encourage you to use the 3 websites below to submit your reports electronically and on time.
You can save time and money by quickly and easily submitting reports online every month. Each Fund Office has a website (listed below) that you can use as a secure online tool. The websites were developed for your ease in reporting and offer the following benefits:
1) allows you to submit reports online and make direct electronic payments to the Funds eliminating the necessity of submitting a paper report with checks,
2) allows you to submit reports online but opt to mail paper checks with a copy of your report,
3) retains a PDF receipt of all of your online submissions for your historical reference,
4) captures, manages, and transfers your contribution data accurately for electronic, real-time submission to the Fund Offices,
5) reduces the possibility of payment errors, the amount due is calculated by the websites.
Submit reports to the 3 separate Fund Offices using the links below. Please remember to submit an inactive/ zero hours report if you are inactive. Inactive/zero hour reports need to be submitted on all 3 sites.
